Our acceptance of orders is subject to our sole discretion, but typically, we will confirm your order if the requested goods are available and your credit card is authorized for the transaction. Your card will be automatically charged at the time of placing your order. In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, a full refund will be promptly issued.

The contractual relationship between Airoc (us) and you (the customer) becomes legally binding when we send you an invoice along with your goods. Ownership of the goods will be transferred to you upon successful delivery to the specified address and upon our receipt of the full payment for the goods. Until this condition is met, we retain title to the goods. We will promptly communicate with you if any issues arise.

The prices provided to you are those in effect at the time of your order. If there is any price adjustment, we will inform you via email before processing your order. We will confirm your order when we send you an invoice along with your goods.

While we make every effort to ensure that the images of our products on our website accurately represent the actual goods, there may be minor variations in colour and texture between the images and the physical products.

Airoc's gift vouchers, both electronic and physical, hold a validity period of one year from the date of purchase. You can get one online at Airoc-uk.com. Each voucher has a unique code and is redeemable for purchases made online at Airoc-uk.com. Please note that you cannot redeem your voucher at our gym, studio or retail partners. 

If the value of your gift voucher falls short of the total purchase amount, you will be required to make an additional payment to cover the difference. 

Conversely, if your gift voucher's value exceeds the total purchase amount, the remaining balance on the voucher can be applied to future purchases, in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Please note that the balance on the voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, and it cannot be used to acquire additional Airoc gift vouchers. Furthermore, lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.

Your Shipping Rate at checkout does not include any additional duty, tax or other charges. The courier company will communicate with you upon delivery any additional taxes or duty charges that need to be paid.

The relevant international shipping charge will show once you reach the checkout and have added your shipping address.

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns and/or exchanges on international goods shipped from the UK.

We offer free returns in the UK. Simply add your details below HERE and we'll send you an email with your postage documents. Once you receive it, you can book a free collection, or take the parcel to your nearest Royal Mail drop-off location.

Please be aware that to be eligible for a refund, you will need to return items within 28 days of delivery. They would need to be unworn and still have their tags attached. A valid proof of purchase is needed for us to process a refund. It's important to note that items in a non-resellable condition cannot be accepted.

When sending items back to us, please ensure they are neatly folded and returned in their original packaging.
